Tips for Immune Health

Diet, sleep, and stress all affect our immunity. Here are tips for a strong, healthy immune system!

1. Get enough sleep. Aim to get 7-8 hours of good sleep per night. This is time for your body to rejuvenate and repair.

Have trouble falling asleep? Try Wellness Resources RelaxaMag or Calm supplements for improved restful sleep. They are all natural and effective!*

Another tip for better sleep is turn off phone and computer screens after dinner and don't eat before bed. Use that time for nice conversation and relaxation.

2. Stress less. When you're under constant stress, your adrenals get worn down and feel fatigued. Make sure you're getting enough coenzyme B vitamins to boost energy and combat stress. Daily Energy Multiple Vitamin provides coenzyme bioactive Bs for highest absorbability and energy production.*

3. Avoid sugar. Sugar cripples your immune system. Limit or cut out sugar to keep a strong immune response. Going into the holiday season, be aware of sugar consumption and try to keep it to a minimum!

4. Boost antioxidants. Get plenty of fruits and vegetables in your diet. Take quality antioxidant supplements as these nourish your immune system. Daily Protector Eye & Immune is an excellent antioxidant boost.*

5. Keep up your nutrient reserves. Your vitamin D status is important for a healthy immune response. Other nutrients like zinc, vitamin C, quercetin, and glutathione also help keep up your baseline immunity.*
